MrChef@Bangalore, it’s almost always loaded with spice. Cut and it will sting. Taste it and it will bite. But MrChef, that too in Bangalore Simply indigestible. So did even I think. The divine inspiration for many of my recipes has come from the melting pot of these local flavours.
So it happened a few years ago. And what best place to sample it than the streets. It was here that I chanced upon my ‘MrChef’. I was astonished to find “peeli mirchi masala” being used in the preparation of the chaat.
